Charlie Domanico also passed down his craft and passion to his son, Charles, who then taught his sons, and current Ascot Prime Meats owners, Mattew and Eric Domanico.

Three generations and over five decades later, Ascot Prime Meats is now a leading butcher shop and meat market in Prospect Heights and we have expanded our products and services while still holding on to the old-fashioned customer care and true craftsmanship of butchering that Charlie Domanico started years and years ago.
