Beef: Ascot Prime Meats specializes in Aged Prime beef, like this gorgeous bone-in ribeye.  We carry the highest quality beef on the market at our Prospect Heights meat store; each hand-selected for superior marbling, exceptional tenderness, juiciness, and flavor.  Our beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Midwest, grain-fed, natural beef.  Cuts include New York Strip, boneless and bone-in Rib Eye (pictured), Porterhouse, Short Ribs, Roasts, ground sirloin, gourmet burger patties, and so much more.

Steak Kebabs: you'll be the king of the grill with these bad boys!  Nebraska-raised, beef lends to rich, succulent pieces of our top sirloin steak, bell peppers, mild -cherry peppers, Vidalia onions, and marinated in our secret Italian family recipe marinade.  Fire up the grill and enjoy these with an earthy, spicy Pinot Noir.

Bacon & Sausage: thick, hand-cut bacon and hand-crafted sausages with no preservatives or fillers makes Ascot specialty meats a cut above the rest.  Stop by our Prospect Heights meat shop to see our gourmet selection of bacon, mild and hot Italian sausages, bratwursts, chicken sausage, polish sausage, Calabrese, pork links, andouille, and more.

Premium Steaks: we hand-cut only the finest steaks, like this gorgeous bone-in ribeye: thick, juicy, and full of beautiful, mouth-watering marbling.  Our cuts are the same top-notch steaks you'd find at a 5-star steakhouse.

Roast & Tenderloin: stuffed, glazed, and pan roasted is where it's at!  Like this Italian seasoned, bacon-wrapped steak roast, that's stuffed with vegetable giardiniera, and wrapped in our thick, hand-cut bacon.  We recommend roasting our for a special event, holiday, or just a decadent weeknight dinner.  Best accompanied with juicy, medium-bodied Chardonnay.

Chicken Kebabs: our kebabs are our best selling items!  Our chicken kebabs are made right here in our Prospect Heights meat shop with local, USDA Grade-A chicken breast, with jewels of red, yellow and orange bell peppers, mild -cherry peppers, Vidalia onions, and marinated in our secret, and Italian family recipe marinade.  Recommended on the grill with a cold, crisp Sauvignon Blanc.

Meatballs: an Ascot classic!  Our meatballs are hand-rolled to perfection.  A mixture of ground beef & pork, seasoned “Italian-style" with a cream of mushroom base.  We promise you'll never want to eat a regular meatball again!

Marinated Steaks: we bathe select cuts of steak, like skirt steaks, in our “famous," made-from- scratch Italian Style marinate with lemon, wine, oil & spices, which we love pairing with a luscious Burgundy after searing on the grill.

Semi-Prepared & Cooked Foods: Mama Domanico would be proud; all recipes from scratch with no added preservatives. Feeling pressed for an impressive dinner?
